Rapid Cure R90 is a fast setting, high viscosity epoxy adhesive designed for quick turnaround bonding and repair work. With a simple 1:1 mix ratio and reliable cure performance, R90 delivers rapid gelation and high handling strength within minutes, making it ideal for production environments, marine joinery, furniture manufacture and fast repair tasks.
This solvent free epoxy resin system produces strong, durable bonds across a wide range of materials including timber, metals, glass, ceramics, stone, masonry and various plastics. Its viscosity allows clean application for glue joints, thin film bonding and small laminations using fibreglass cloth.
Gel time is approximately four minutes at 25 degrees, with handling strength achieved between eight and fifteen minutes. Full cure is reached in around one hour, allowing efficient workflow and minimal downtime while still delivering long term performance.
Rapid Cure R90 is supplied as a complete resin and hardener kit and is available in multiple pack sizes to suit both small repairs and larger scale work.
